Cost Factors
Most Miami detailing companies charge differently per vehicle or don’t publish prices. DShine charges a fixed rate for everyone. Here is what influences cost in general:
01 — Service Type
What you choose determines the base price
A quick detail ($149) and a ceramic coating ($799+) both fall under “car detailing” but are completely different services. The type of work drives cost more than any other factor.
02 — Vehicle Condition
Heavily soiled vehicles need more time
At DShine, the base price is fixed. However, if a vehicle has extreme pet hair, heavy staining, or significant paint oxidation, some add-ons (pet hair removal, paint decontamination) may be recommended for a complete result.
03 — Add-Ons Selected
Optional enhancements add a fixed cost
Each add-on (engine bay, floor shampoo, headlight restoration, etc.) is $70. Adding multiple services is the most predictable way to increase total cost — no hidden markups.
04 — Protection Duration
Longer protection plans cost more
For ceramic coating, the longer the warranty (2-year Gyeon at $799, 3-year Gtechniq at $1,299, 5-year Symplex at $1,599), the higher the material cost and prep requirement. For paint protection film, partial vs. full front vs. full body determines price.
