Jacaranda is a large residential area of golf-course neighborhoods developed after city founder Frederick Peters died in 1964. It mixes single-family homes, villas and townhouses, so parking varies from street to street.
A driveway is the easy case. A townhouse with shared parking needs a little more thought: tell us which space is yours and whether the HOA has vendor rules.
We ask for no hose and no outlet, which suits a tight lot. A certificate of insurance for $2,000,000 in commercial liability is available on request for HOA managers.
If the car lives in a garage, we only need the door open and room to open every car door. If it lives on the street side of a drive, we find the safest spot to park the van.
