The Process
One-step extraction moves surface contamination around. The 2-step process uses chemistry to break down contamination at the fiber level before the Mytee S300H extracts it at 200°F. The result is a genuinely clean seat — not a damp one.
Mytee S300H Heated Extractor
200°F heated water injection • High-pressure spray • 3-stage vacuum recovery • Removes moisture from deep in seat foam and fabric layers
pH alkaline enzyme solution is applied and agitated into the fabric. The enzymes break down proteins, bacteria, oils, and organic contamination at the molecular level. Dwell time: 5 to 10 minutes.
The Mytee S300H injects 200-degree heated water under pressure into the seat fabric and immediately vacuums it back out using 3-stage suction. This removes the pre-spray, contamination, and loosened material from deep in the foam.
A mild acid rinse is applied and extracted to neutralize any remaining alkaline residue. This restores the fabric pH, prevents detergent buildup, and inhibits future mold and bacteria growth.

FAQ
Fabric, microfiber, Alcantara, and certain types of perforated leather. Smooth leather seats are conditioned and cleaned differently — they do not require extraction. Contact us to confirm the best process for your specific seat material.
With the Mytee S300H heated extraction, seats are typically damp to dry within 2 to 4 hours depending on humidity. The heated water significantly improves recovery compared to cold water extractors. We recommend driving with windows cracked to accelerate drying.
No. The 2-step process uses pH-controlled chemistry and appropriate pressure. We avoid over-wetting which is the primary cause of stitching damage and foam compression in cheaper extraction services.
Yes, in most cases. The alkaline enzyme pre-spray breaks down the protein-based compounds responsible for pet urine and dander odor. For severe embedded odor, we recommend adding the ozone treatment add-on for complete elimination.
We can shampoo individual seats. Price adjusts accordingly. Contact us to describe the specific seats and condition and we will confirm pricing.
An interior detail includes surface cleaning of all interior components (dashboard, panels, windows, carpets, seats wipe-down) but does not include deep seat extraction. Seats shampoo is a dedicated deep extraction service for the seat upholstery specifically.
Yes. Sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, minivans, and luxury vehicles. For vehicles with ventilated or heated seats, we use lower moisture techniques to protect the seat heating elements.
Reviews
"The dog had been on the back seats for two years. I thought they were permanently stained. After the Mytee extraction they looked brand new. Zero smell."
Jennifer K. — Pembroke Pines
"Spilled coffee on the passenger seat two weeks ago and couldn't get the smell out. One heated extraction session and it's completely gone. Incredible."
Marco T. — Brickell
"Had three kids in the car for a road trip. The seats were destroyed. They did all four seats and the floors and everything came out spotless. Best $229 I ever spent."
