College Park, Tropical Ridge, and Parrot Cove are full of 1930s and '40s bungalows — some owned by families who've been there for decades, some recently bought and mid-renovation. Almost none of them have a garage. We work curbside or in a narrow driveway either way, bringing our own water and power so nothing has to come from the house.

Can you park in front of my gallery or shop on Lake Avenue during business hours?
Usually, yes — we scope the block when you book and use the alley, an adjacent side street, or a loading zone if street parking out front isn't available, so your storefront stays clear for customers.
My College Park bungalow doesn't have a garage — is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our Lake Worth Beach visits are curbside or driveway work exactly like that — narrow lot, street parking, no hose bib nearby. We bring everything the job needs.
I work from a home studio and can't step away mid-project — how does that work?
Same as any other visit: we work outside while you keep working inside. Leave the car where we can reach it, and we'll text you when it's done so you can check it on your own break, not ours.
