Salt air along the Aventura coastline doesn't just dull paint — it etches into clear coat and bonds oxidation that a wash and wax never removes. DShine's multi-stage machine polishing corrects that damage down to the clear coat, then preps the surface for ceramic protection so the next coat of salt air doesn't bond as fast. Skip correction and any ceramic coating applied afterward just seals the swirl marks in permanently.

Tower living leaves a signature on paint
Tight garage columns, quick dry-towel wipe-downs from well-meaning valets, weekly runs through the tunnel wash on Biscayne — none of it is dramatic, but after four or five years it adds up to a gray veil of micro-scratches over the color. In direct sun the finish looks flat; under garage lighting it spiderwebs. That layer of damage lives in the clear coat, which means a machine and the right pads can remove it.
$499 opens the job — your paint sets the scope
The starting number covers a one-step polish, and for a professionally maintained car with typical swirl haze, one step is often all it takes. Harder-hit finishes need compounding before polishing, and that second stage raises the price with the added hours. What we will never do is quote a flat rate sight unseen: the assessment comes first, the number is agreed, then the work starts.
Pair it with ceramic and stop repeating the cycle
A corrected finish is naked. The same garages and washes begin re-scratching it the following week unless something stands between them and the paint. Most Aventura clients seal the corrected surface with a ceramic coating in Aventura in the same visit — the Symplex five-year package includes the full correction, with the work done at your building, travel included, IDA certified and insured to $2M.
Why does Aventura paint correction start at $499 instead of one flat price?
Because a flat price would be dishonest to somebody. $499 buys a single-stage machine polish, which handles moderate swirls and light haze. Paint with deeper etching or oxidation needs a two-stage compound and polish that takes more hours and costs more. We inspect the finish at your building first and you sign off on the scope before a pad touches the car.
Can you do the correction inside my condo tower garage?
In most Aventura towers, yes. The van brings its own power, lighting and deionized water, so all we need is access to your assigned space and a word with the valet or building management, which we are used to arranging.
Is a six-year-old daily driver still worth correcting?
Usually — that is exactly the car this service exists for. If the clear coat is intact, polishing recovers a startling amount of depth. If the clear is failing outright, we will tell you plainly that it needs paint, not polish, and charge you nothing for the honesty.
