This is not polish. Ceramic coating requires 8 precise preparation steps before application — including clay bar decontamination, machine polishing, and a full IPA wipe-down. Certification is required for proper application. On Miami Beach we work under cover: condo garage decks on Collins or West Avenue, private driveways on the Sunset, Star, and Venetian Islands, or your office parking — shade is a requirement of the chemistry, and the island's garages fit it perfectly.

Our units are fully self-contained — water and power onboard — and we have processes for lift-parked and valet-managed vehicles, including COI delivery to your building and coordination with your garage operator.

How the building hand-off works
You do not need to be present, and the car does not need to leave the island unless you want it to. We schedule the slot with your front desk, receive the keys through the channel your building prefers, and document condition before a panel is touched. Where a deeded space and garage rules allow, the work happens on site; where they do not, the car rides to Doral and comes back cured. Managements tend to ask one question first — insurance — and our $2M policy answers it.
Sun and spray, quantified in warranty years
The chemistry has to outlast the environment, which is why we quote in years, not washes: Gyeon warranted for two at $799, Gtechniq Crystal Serum for three at $1,299, Symplex for five at $1,599 with complete paint correction performed before it goes on. Per year of coverage that is $400, $433 and $320 — the longest protection is also the cheapest annually.
Why coated paint suits a valet lifestyle
You cannot control every hand that parks your car. What you can control is how the surface responds: a slick, cured ceramic layer resists the light marring of quick wipe-downs and lets bird lime, salt film and garage dust release with low pressure instead of scrubbing. For a car that lives between a garage deck and Collins traffic, that is the difference visible from ten feet.
My building is strict — can this happen at all?
Yes. Between on-site work where rules permit, concierge key hand-offs, and full pick-up to our Doral garage studio, we have yet to meet a Miami Beach tower we could not service. We carry the certificates of insurance buildings request.
Is a professional coating really better than the DIY spray bottles?
Different products entirely. Consumer sprays are toppers that fade in months; a professional coating is a measured, machine-prepped application backed by a multi-year written warranty. If a $30 bottle satisfied the same need, we would not hold IDA certification plus eight more.
How fast does ocean air actually damage unprotected paint here?
Salt aerosol begins bonding to clear coat within days of settling, and UV accelerates the etching. Garage parking slows it but does not stop airborne exposure. A coated surface keeps the salt at the surface, where a rinse removes it.
