Foam in front of the house
A thick foam coat lifts grit before any mitt touches the paint. The water comes from the van, so a driveway, a canal-side lot or an acre of grass stays out of the job.

How the county works,

Hallandale Beach had 31.4 percent of its housing units vacant at the 2020 census and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea 46.4 percent, so cars in these buildings often sit for long stretches. Dania Beach has boat yards about a mile from Port Everglades by canal, Lighthouse Point has canal-front homes with ocean access through Hillsboro Inlet and Deerfield Beach has a 976-foot fishing pier. Cars live in condo lots and driveways a short walk from salt and sand.
About 74 percent of Wilton Manors housing was built before 1980, and roughly 55 percent of its households have one vehicle. Oakland Park is 58.3 percent owner-occupied, Plantation counted 91,750 residents in 2020 and Tamarac 71,897, with 25.9 percent aged 65 or older. Sunrise has Sawgrass Mills and a 7,045-space arena lot. Parking here means a carport, a condo space or a shared lot.
Coral Springs covers 23.99 square miles and counted 134,394 residents in 2020. Coconut Creek, with 57,833 residents, was the first city in Florida certified as a Community Wildlife Habitat. Parkland has a median home value of $983,000 and 85.1 percent of homes are owner-occupied, while Margate was incorporated as a town in 1955. Driveways, community lots and gated garages are the norm.
Miramar counted 134,721 residents and Pembroke Pines about 171,000, with Century Village holding roughly 7,700 condos. Cooper City's Brian Piccolo Park covers about 175 acres, Davie spans 35.76 square miles and Weston 26.10, bordering the Everglades. Southwest Ranches requires lots of at least one acre. Expect gated garages, wide driveways and several cars per household.

Salt, sand and damp towels come home with the car. In Fort Lauderdale the city reports its highest tides in September, October and November, when low-lying streets flood.

Pembroke Pines has a large 55+ condominium community, Century Village, with roughly 7,700 condos, and Deerfield Beach has an 800-acre Century Village of its own. Tamarac counted 25.9 percent of its residents at 65 or older in 2020, and Hallandale Beach had 31.4 percent of its housing units vacant.
Associations write their own rules on visitor hours, parking and vehicle washing. We bring our own water and keep the work inside your stall or driveway, so nothing runs across shared pavement.

Southwest Ranches covers about 13 square miles and requires lots of at least one acre. Davie spans 35.76 square miles, with the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds and Nova Southeastern University's 314-acre main campus.
On this much land, cars pick up grass, dust and mud, and the nearest wash can be a long drive away. The van parks on your driveway or a firm patch of lawn, and we clean the vehicles at home.
Pet Hair Removal and Floor Shampoo, at $70 each, are the add-ons ranch and farm households ask for most.
The NOAA normals on our city pages run from about 55 to 67 inches of rain a year depending on the station, and the Atlantic hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. Fort Lauderdale recorded 25.91 inches of rain in 24 hours in April 2023.
Spatter dries on the paint, sun bakes it in and cars parked in the open pick up mud and debris in storm weeks. The cabins heat up behind shut windows in between.
The drier months suit an Exterior Detail at $249 with added protection before the wet stretch returns.
The Census mean commute is 27.6 minutes in Plantation, 30.6 in North Lauderdale and 31.1 in Miramar. Sawgrass Mills draws shoppers to Sunrise, where Amerant Bank Arena has 7,045 parking spaces. A Broward car spends hours parked in a lot or a garage.
